About these terms
erecahome.com is run by Ereca Home. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
Our products
Our pieces are made by hand, in small batches. Small differences in colour, pattern, pile and size (usually within a few centimetres) are part of handmade work and are not defects. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹). We confirm the final price, including any shipping charge, on WhatsApp or email before you pay. Prices on the site may change, but the price we confirm with you is the one you pay.
Orders
Messaging us about a piece is not yet an order. Your order is confirmed once we have agreed the piece, size, price and delivery date with you and received your payment. If a piece becomes unavailable, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Custom-size and made-to-order pieces are made specially for you, so we start making them only after you approve the details.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹2,500. We share an expected delivery date before you pay; delays caused by couriers or events outside our control can happen, and we will keep you updated.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are handled as described on our Help page. If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
To confirm before going live: the return window, and whether custom-size pieces can be returned.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
