How to order

Tap Order on WhatsApp on any piece. The message already includes its name and price.
Tell us the size, colour or room you have in mind.
We confirm availability, size and delivery date before you pay.
Once you approve, your piece is packed and shipped.

Shipping is complimentary across India on orders over ₹2,500. We share the delivery date for your piece on WhatsApp before you pay.

To confirm before going live: standard delivery times and the shipping charge for orders under ₹2,500.

Need a different size or colour? Send us your room measurements and we'll suggest a size, or make a piece to order.

To confirm before going live: your return window, which items can be returned (for example, custom pieces), and who pays return shipping.

Until then, message us before ordering and we'll explain the terms for your piece.

Are your rugs handmade?
Yes. Our pieces are tufted and finished by hand in small batches in India.

Can I see the rug in my room first?
Use the size guide to see how each size sits in front of a sofa, or send us a photo of your room.

Do you make custom sizes?
