Last updated 10 October 2026. This policy explains what information Ereca Home collects when you visit erecahome.com or order from us, and how we look after it. Ereca Home is based in Mumbai, India.

What we collect

We keep this short because we collect very little.

  • What you send us. When you order or ask a question on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you share: usually your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and details or photos of your room.
  • Newsletter. If you join our list, your email app sends us your email address. We do not collect it through the website itself.
  • Basic visit data. Our host, Vercel, records standard technical details such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views; it does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

We do not run accounts or take card payments on this website.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and help you choose a size or piece.
  • To confirm, make, pack and deliver your order, and to support you afterwards.
  • To send news about new pieces, only if you asked to join the list. You can leave at any time.
  • To keep the website secure and understand which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share only what is needed with:

  • Delivery partners, so your order reaches you.
  • The payment service you choose when you pay for an order.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) and Google, which carry our messages and email.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website, and Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on the page.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies & storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you save pieces to your wishlist, the list is kept in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them to fulfil and support your order and to meet tax and accounting rules in India. Messages and emails not linked to an order are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for newsletters. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
